Limited Warranty

IDEAL ELECTRIC MFG. CO. LTD. warrants those products manufactured by the company against defective material or workmanship, but not against damage caused by accident, abuse, faulty installation, acts of nature, alteration of product, or improper operation.

Warranty period will be determined from the date of shipment and will be covered for a period of one year from date of shipment.

The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to applying the credit, the repair, or replacement of any part of it's products which are found to be defective.

IDEAL ELECTRIC MFG. CO. LTD. cannot be responsible for non IDEAL ELECTRIC equipment which is attached to or used in conjunction with IDEAL ELECTRIC products.

All finishes whether protective or decorative, plated, painted, hand applied, decals, trims, beading, fabrics, and dye lots, may require special care and maintenance. They do not form part of the warranty, and will be addressed on an individual basis.
