We custom manufacture all our lighting products to your exact specifications, using top-grade parts, materials and workmanship. Electrical

Primarily supplied by Leviton of Canada (ISO standard facility).
Energy efficient ballasts supplied by Robertson.
Copper screwshells (rather than aluminum) provide ease of relamping.
Hi-heat porcelain bodies (rather than bakelite).

Wood

We use Canadian solid woods for turnings and flat work.
Finishes can be matched to customer's specs.

Zinc Metal Castings

Castings are poured domestically and contain a higher zinc content.
Molds are created to strict tolerances with attention to design and detail.
Our intense Buffing and polishing prepares the casting for finishing.

Steel Stampings and Spinnings

Our standard is 18 gauge.
Steel from North American sources with strict guidelines for mold tolerance and dies.
Finishing-quality steel (CRS) is used for powder coating and plating.
We offer custom shapes and piercing and we add strength to the piece through liberal use of returns and steps.

Metal Fabrication

We offer plates, frames, square and round tubular assemblies (designs are to customer specifications).
Metal fold and corners, includingwelds, are buffed for pre-finishing.
Trims, bandings and leaf applications are soldered and cleaned.

Metal Finishing

Powder coating.
Quality electroplating and lacqeuring in all metal finishes(brass, antique brass, Chrome, nickel, satin nickel, etc.).
In-house faux metal finishing.

Ceramics and Resin

Existing inventory of over 300 molds, as well as the ability to create molds in custom shapes and designs.
We offer a full range of finishes, including brushed, aged, rustic, mottled, gold or silver leaf, crackle, gloss and washed matte.

Lampshades

Manufactured in-house of quality frame construction with block washers.
We offer hand-sewn soft shades and hardbacks in all sizes, shapes and styles, including (but not limited to) Victorian, early 20th century, retro and contemporary.

Screw Machine Parts

Solid brass from North American sources.

Quality Control

Every completed item must pass a high-voltage dielectric test.
All products are CSA/UL listed and approved.
Experienced employees monitor every stage of assembly.

Packaging

Products are packaged carefully and marked appropriately.
